Mike Thome joined Ruhl&Ruhl a few years ago following a successful 39-year career with Collins Aerospace. Born and raised in Waterloo, Mike attended Columbus High School before graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelor's and a Master's in Business. He also holds a Doctorate from St Ambrose University.

Caroline Thome recently joined Ruhl&Ruhl after changing her career path from 8 years in wealth management to real estate. She was born and raised in Cedar Rapids and attended Washington High School before graduating from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelor's degree.
