Mike knew I really liked the home I first saw. He also knew as a first time homeowner, I needed to explore options and have things checked out to make sure it would be the right fit. He kept me calm and focused, but also listened and took my concerns and thoughts into consideration which showed respect and that was really apricated. He showed me several options and talked through all considerations and guided me through with open and honest comments, then allowed me to decide. I couldn't be more thrilled with my beautiful new home!

Mike was great to work with both on our home search and also the sale of our prior home. We did not make our search easy on Mike. We both work fully remote so we gave Mike a target area to search that was basically 1/3 of Eastern Iowa. Mike was always willing to get additional information or set up showings for us. With Mike's help, we did buy 2 lots and built our home. He was able to quickly sell our home for a great price! We would recommend Mike!

Mike was excellent! He had our best interest in mind at all times. Mike is a great communicator. He needed to keep a couple of us in the loop and often made the same call to two of us to ensure we all heard everything from him. This left us with no doubt what was happening and when.
