Mike was great to work with both on our home search and also the sale of our prior home. We did not make our search easy on Mike. We both work fully remote so we gave Mike a target area to search that was basically 1/3 of Eastern Iowa. Mike was always willing to get additional information or set up showings for us. With Mike's help, we did buy 2 lots and built our home. He was able to quickly sell our home for a great price! We would recommend Mike!

Mike Thome was excellent to work with. He was always prompt. Steps during the selling process were always well explained and done early or on time. No last minute surprises, forms to fill out, or tasks to do! Mike kept the process clear and as simple as possible. He was always available and responded to texts, emails or calls immediately!

Mike was excellent! He had our best interest in mind at all times. Mike is a great communicator. He needed to keep a couple of us in the loop and often made the same call to two of us to ensure we all heard everything from him. This left us with no doubt what was happening and when.
